Channel 06
Turn the list you own into repeat revenue.
We build the lifecycle flows, segments and campaigns that turn subscribers into repeat customers. You get more revenue from the list you already own, without paying again to reach it.
The monthly work
- Step 01Deliverability auditWe check authentication records, sender reputation, bounce rates and spam complaints, then clean inactive addresses. Reaching the inbox comes first. Clever copy in the spam folder earns nothing.
- Step 02Lifecycle flow buildsWe design, write and build welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back flows. Each has branching logic based on what the subscriber did or did not do next.
- Step 03Behavioral segmentationYour list is split by lifecycle stage, purchase behavior, engagement and predicted value. Loyal customers stop receiving discounts they never needed, and lapsed ones get a reason to return.
- Step 04Campaign calendarWe plan and send two to four campaigns a month around launches, seasons and content. Every send has a goal, a segment and a measured result we report back.
- Step 05List growthWe build signup forms, popups and lead magnets timed to behavior, not the first second of a visit. Each new subscriber is tagged by source for cohort analysis.
- Step 06Testing with holdoutsSubject lines, send times, offers and layouts are tested continuously. Flows run against a holdout group, so you see revenue the emails caused, not revenue they happened to precede.

Price moves with list size, the number of flows and campaigns we run each month and how much custom design is needed.
- 01
AuditWeeks 1 to 2
We review deliverability, existing flows, list health and past campaign results. You get a flow map showing what exists, what is missing and what each gap costs.
- 02
BuildWeeks 3 to 6
Authentication is fixed and the list cleaned. Templates are designed, segments created and the first three flows written, built and tested across devices and inboxes.
- 03
LaunchWeeks 7 to 10
Remaining flows go live and the campaign calendar begins. Signup forms are deployed, and holdout groups are set so we can measure real lift.
- 04
OptimizeWeek 11 onward
We test subject lines, timing, offers and flow length each month. Segments are refined as data builds, and underperforming emails are rewritten or removed.

Your email list is the only audience you do not rent. Yet most accounts we open run one welcome email and a monthly newsletter sent to everyone. We build the flows that do the heavy lifting: welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back. Each one triggers on behavior, so the message arrives when it is relevant, not when the calendar says so.
Before any of that, we fix deliverability. Authentication records, list hygiene and sending reputation decide whether you reach the inbox at all. Then we segment by lifecycle stage, purchase history and engagement, and test subject lines, timing and offers against a holdout group. You see revenue per recipient and flow revenue next to campaign revenue, so it is clear what automation earns while you sleep.

We work in whatever email platform you already use, provided it supports behavioral triggers and segmentation. If yours cannot, we will recommend a few options and handle the migration, including templates, flows and suppression lists. The account is always registered to your business. We work as users inside it and never hold your list anywhere else.
Abandonment and welcome flows usually produce measurable revenue within the first two weeks of going live, because they act on people already showing intent. Win-back and replenishment flows take longer to prove out, often 60 to 90 days. We measure against a holdout group so the number you see is lift, not coincidence.
Volume is rarely the problem. Irrelevance is. Segmented, behavior-triggered emails get far fewer complaints than a weekly blast to everyone. We set frequency caps, suppress unengaged contacts and watch unsubscribe and spam complaint rates on every send. If a segment shows fatigue, we slow down. Protecting sender reputation matters more than one extra campaign.
The initial term is 90 days, enough to audit, build core flows and see early results. After that it runs month to month with 30 days of notice. You own the list, the account, the templates, the copy and every flow we build. If you leave, it all keeps running exactly as we left it.
